Dashboard

Dashboard overview illustration

The Dashboard is your command center — the first thing you see when you log in, and the place you'll keep coming back to throughout the day. It gives you a bird's-eye view of how your business is doing right now, without making you dig through menus or run reports.

Overview

When you sign in to cp.wantvisit.com, the Dashboard loads by default. It's designed to answer the questions you care about most: "How's today looking?", "How was last week?", and "How's the money situation?" — all at a glance.

KPI Cards

At the top of the Dashboard, you'll find four KPI (Key Performance Indicator) cards. Each one highlights an important metric:

Today

Shows the number of appointments scheduled for today. A quick pulse check — is it going to be a busy day or a slow one? Either way, you'll know before your first coffee gets cold.

Last 7 Days

The total number of appointments over the past week. Great for spotting trends — are bookings picking up, or is it time to run a promotion?

Monthly Revenue

Your total revenue for the current month, displayed in your branch's currency. This is the number that makes all the hard work feel worth it.

Clients

The total number of registered clients in your system. Watch this number grow as your business attracts more and more happy customers.

TIP

KPI cards update in real time, so you're always looking at the latest numbers. No need to refresh.

Appointment Statistics

Below the KPI cards, you'll find a breakdown of appointments by status. Each status shows a count and a percentage of total appointments:

Waiting

Appointments that are scheduled but haven't started yet. These are upcoming — your future workload.

In Progress

Appointments that are currently happening. Someone is in the chair (or on the table, or at the desk) right now.

Done

Completed appointments. The work is done, the client is happy, and it's in the books.

Cancelled

Appointments that were cancelled. Keeping an eye on this number helps you understand no-show patterns and adjust your policies if needed.

INFO

The statistics give you a snapshot of your appointment pipeline. If you notice a high cancellation rate, consider setting up appointment reminders or adjusting your cancellation policy.

Filtering

At the top of the Dashboard, you'll find a dropdown filter that lets you narrow down the data:

  • Filter by company — if you manage multiple companies, select the one you want to view
  • Filter by branch — zoom in on a specific location

This is especially useful if you run several branches and want to compare performance or focus on one location at a time.

Quick Actions

Need to jump into the action? Look for the "Open calendar" button on the Dashboard. One click and you're in the Calendar view, where you can manage appointments, create new bookings, and see your full schedule.

TIP

The Dashboard is your starting point, but the Calendar is where the day-to-day magic happens. Use "Open calendar" as your shortcut to get there fast.
