Owl Assistant
After logging in, you'll notice a small floating button with an owl in the bottom-right corner of the screen. This is the Owl Assistant — your interactive guide to the admin panel. It knows which page you're on and is always ready to offer helpful tips (or crack a joke — owls have a sense of humor too).
How It Works
The Owl Assistant appears on every page of the admin panel while you're logged in. The button floats in the bottom-right corner with a gentle bobbing animation.
Click the owl to open a speech bubble with a tip. Tips are automatically selected based on the page you're currently viewing:
- On the Dashboard — tips about metrics and filters
- In the Calendar — tips about creating appointments and navigation
- In Appointments (History) — tips about filtering and finding records
- In Work Schedule — information about viewing working hours
- In Clients — tips about searching and creating clients
- In Settings — general configuration advice
- In Integrations — help with the widget and booking page
Features
Context-Aware Tips
Each tip is tailored to your current page. The owl automatically rotates tips — a new one appears roughly every minute. No need to click anything — just leave the bubble open.
Next Tip
Click the "Next tip" button in the speech bubble to immediately jump to the next tip without waiting for the automatic rotation.
Jokes
From time to time, the owl tells themed jokes instead of regular tips. This happens randomly — one more reason to click on it.
Animations
Occasionally, clicking the owl triggers a fun animation — it might dance, spin, jump, or fall asleep. This happens with a small probability and doesn't affect anything — just a little surprise.

The speech bubble includes a "Read documentation" button that leads to this documentation site. If you need a more detailed answer than a short tip can provide — the full docs are always one click away.
Onboarding Nudge
If you don't have any companies set up yet, the owl will gently suggest starting the onboarding wizard — with a quick link to Onboarding.
Auto-Hide
The speech bubble automatically closes after 12 seconds of inactivity. Simply click the owl again to bring it back.
Mobile Devices
On mobile devices, the owl stays in the bottom-right corner but with a slightly larger offset from the screen edge to avoid interfering with other UI elements.
