Review Platforms

Review Platforms is a feature that helps your business collect more reviews on external platforms like Yandex Maps, Google Maps, 2GIS, and others. After a client leaves a positive review (4–5 stars), they are prompted to also leave a review on the platforms you've configured.

How It Works

  1. A client completes their visit and receives an email asking them to rate the service
  2. The client gives a high rating (4–5 stars) and submits the review
  3. The success screen shows platform cards with links
  4. The client clicks a card and is taken to the platform to write a review
  5. A follow-up email with platform links is also sent to the client

Configuration

Navigate to Integrations → Review Platforms in the admin panel.

Selecting a Company

If you manage multiple companies, select the relevant one from the dropdown at the top of the page. Platform settings are individual for each company.

Enabling the Feature

Use the toggle to activate or deactivate the platform prompt. When disabled, clients won't see the suggestion to leave reviews on external platforms.

Repeat Interval

Set how often the same client can be prompted to leave reviews on external platforms. The default is 90 days. This prevents the prompt from feeling intrusive for repeat visitors.

Three popular platforms have dedicated preset cards:

  • Yandex Maps — enter the link to your company's page on Yandex Maps
  • Google Maps — enter the link to your company on Google Maps
  • 2GIS — enter the link to your company on 2GIS

For each platform, enter your page URL and click the add button.

Custom Platforms

In addition to the popular platforms, you can add any others — Flamp, Zoon, TripAdvisor, Facebook, Instagram, etc. To add one:

  1. Enter the platform name
  2. Enter your page URL on that platform
  3. Click Add

There is no limit on the number of custom platforms.

Preview

The bottom of the page shows how the platform cards will look to clients after they submit a review. This helps you verify everything is configured correctly before clients start seeing the prompt.

What the Client Sees

After submitting a positive review (4–5 stars), the client sees a thank-you screen with platform cards. Each card shows the platform name and opens in a new tab when clicked. If the client has already seen the prompt within the configured interval, the cards are not shown.

TIP

Fill in all three popular platforms — this significantly increases the number of reviews and your business's visibility in search engines and on maps.

Platform links should point directly to your company's page where the client can leave a review. Don't use links to the platform's homepage.
