Settings Overview

When you navigate to Settings, you land on a central hub page where you can quickly jump to any configuration section. No forms or tables here — just clear, visual cards grouped by topic.

Structure

Settings cards are organized into four groups:

Common Settings

  • Profile — personal data, password, interface language, and avatar

Companies & Locations

  • Company — create and manage companies, notifications, promotions
  • Branches / Locations — physical service locations with addresses, working hours, and contacts

Users & Employees

  • Users — accounts with admin panel access and role assignment
  • Employees — specialists linked to locations who provide services
  • Employee Schedule — working days, hours, and breaks

Groups & Services

  • Service Groups — categories for organizing your service catalog
  • Services — services with prices, durations, and employee assignments

What It Looks Like

Each card includes:

  • Illustration — a visual representation of the section
  • Icon — a color-coded icon for quick recognition
  • Title — the name of the settings section
  • Description — a brief explanation of what's configured there
  • Arrow — a navigation indicator

Click any card to go to the corresponding section.

TIP

This page is a starting point. If you already know where you want to go, you can also use the Settings submenu in the sidebar for direct navigation to any section.

INFO

The visible cards depend on your role. Employees see only Profile, Admins also see employee and service sections, and Owners see all settings. Learn more about roles in User Management.
