Profile Settings
Your profile is your identity in WantVisit. This is where you manage your personal information, security settings, and preferences. Think of it as your digital business card — except you actually keep it up to date.
Accessing Profile Settings
To get to your profile settings:
- Open the sidebar menu on the left
- Navigate to Settings > Profile
You'll see a form with all your personal details, ready to be viewed or edited.
Personal Information
This section covers the basics — who you are.
- First Name — your given name
- Last Name — your family name
- Gender — choose from:
- Not specified
- Male
- Female
These details may be visible to your team members within the admin panel, so make sure they're accurate.
Contact Details
Keep your contact information current so your team (and the system) can reach you when needed.
- Email — your email address, used for login and notifications
- Phone — your phone number for SMS notifications and direct contact
TIP
Your email is also your login credential. If you change it, you'll use the new email to sign in next time.
Security
Nobody likes password drama, but keeping your account secure is important.
To change your password:
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password
- Confirm the new password
- Click Save
Choose something strong — your appointment data, client information, and business settings are behind that password.
Preferences
Interface Language
WantVisit supports 10 languages for the admin panel interface. Pick the one you're most comfortable with:
- English
- Russian
- Belarusian
- Ukrainian
- German
- Chinese
- Japanese
- Arabic
- Spanish
- French
Changing the language updates the entire admin panel interface immediately after saving. Your clients' booking experience has its own language settings (configured per location).
Avatar
Add a profile picture so your team can recognize you in the admin panel.
To upload an avatar:
- Click on the avatar area
- Select an image from your device
- The preview will update with your new photo
A good profile picture helps team members quickly identify who's who — especially useful when managing multiple employees.
Saving Your Changes
After making any changes to your profile:
- Review your updates
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the form
Your changes take effect immediately. If you navigate away without saving, your changes will be lost — the system won't remind you, so don't forget to hit that button.
