Appointment History

Appointment history illustration

The History page — listed as "Appointments" in the menu — is your complete appointment diary. Every booking that's been made, completed, or cancelled lives here. It's the place to go when you need to look something up, check what happened last Tuesday, or settle a friendly debate about who had the 3 PM slot.

What It Shows

This page gives you a chronological log of all past and present appointments. Unlike the Calendar's day view, the History page is designed for browsing and reviewing — it's your appointment ledger.

Filtering

Use the controls at the top to narrow down what you see:

  1. Select a location — use the cascading dropdown to pick a company, then a branch
  2. Select an employee — filter by a specific team member
  3. Pick a date — choose a date to view that day's appointments, or click "Now" to jump straight to today

Appointment List

Appointments are displayed as a list, with each entry showing:

  • The service performed
  • The time of the appointment
  • The status (color-coded so you can scan quickly)

The list makes it easy to scroll through and find what you're looking for without the visual overhead of a full calendar grid.

Viewing Details

Click on any appointment in the list to open a detail drawer on the side. Here you'll find the full picture:

Status

The current state of the appointment, color-coded for quick recognition (blue for waiting, purple for in process, green for done, red for cancelled).

Service

The name of the service and its price.

Employee

The assigned employee's name, position, and avatar — so you know exactly who was (or will be) handling the appointment.

Client

The client's name, along with quick-action buttons:

  • Send email — opens your email client with the client's address pre-filled
  • Make a phone call — initiates a call to the client's number

Date & Time

The full time range of the appointment, from start to finish.

Description

Any notes that were attached to the appointment — whether added at booking or updated later.

TIP

The History page is great for end-of-day reviews. Quickly scan through the day's appointments to make sure everything is accounted for and all statuses are up to date.
