Reviews & Ratings

The reviews and ratings system allows you to collect client feedback after their visit and build employee ratings.

How It Works

  1. After an appointment is completed (status DONE), the client automatically receives an email asking for a review
  2. The client follows the link in the email and leaves a rating from 1 to 5 stars with a comment
  3. The review appears in the admin panel with a Pending status
  4. The administrator publishes or rejects the review, and can add a response
  5. Published reviews form the employee rating, visible to clients when booking

Review Moderation

The Reviews section is available in the main menu of the admin panel.

Filtering

  • By branch — select a branch from the cascading selector
  • By status — use the toggle: All / Pending / Published / Rejected
  • By employee — optional filter

Review Card

Each review is displayed as a card with information:

  • Client name
  • Employee name
  • Rating (stars)
  • Comment text
  • Creation date
  • Current status

Review Actions

Click on a review card to open detailed information:

  • Publish — the review becomes visible to clients when booking
  • Reject — the review will be hidden
  • Response — add a text response on behalf of the company

Tip

After publishing or rejecting a review, the employee rating is automatically recalculated.

Employee Rating

The rating is calculated as the average of all published reviews. It is displayed:

  • In the booking widget — next to the employee name
  • On the client booking page — when selecting a specialist
  • In the admin panel — on the employee card

Employee Portfolio

Employee Portfolio

You can upload a gallery of work examples — a portfolio — for each employee. This helps clients choose a specialist based on examples of their work.

Managing the Portfolio

  1. Go to Settings → Employees
  2. Click the image icon button next to the employee
  3. On the portfolio page:
    • Add — upload a photo with a title and description
    • Edit — change the title and description
    • Delete — remove a photo from the portfolio

Image Formats

JPG and PNG formats are supported. Image size: 256 to 1280 pixels.

Where the Portfolio Is Visible

The employee portfolio is available to clients through the public API and is displayed on the specialist profile page.
