Work Schedule

Work schedule illustration

The Work Schedule page gives you a clean, weekly overview of when your employees are working. It's a read-only view — perfect for checking availability at a glance, but if you need to make changes, you'll want to head over to the settings.

What It Shows

This page displays employee schedules in a weekly grid format. Each week is laid out with working hours and breaks clearly marked, so you can instantly see who's available and when.

Selecting an Employee

Use the cascading dropdown at the top to navigate to the employee you want to view:

  1. Pick a company
  2. Pick a branch within that company
  3. Pick an employee at that branch

The grid updates to show the selected employee's schedule for the current week.

Browse through different weeks using:

  • Week picker — jump to a specific week
  • Left/Right arrows — step one week backward or forward

The header displays the date range for the week you're currently viewing (e.g., "Mar 16 - Mar 22"), so you always know where you are in time.

Reading the Grid

The schedule grid has 7 columns — one for each day of the week. Inside the grid, colored blocks tell you what's going on:

Block TypeWhat It Means
Working timeThe employee is available for appointments during these hours
Break timeA scheduled break within working hours (lunch, rest, etc.)

Days without any blocks mean the employee is off that day.

Making Changes

This page is view-only. You can look, but you can't touch — at least not here.

To create or edit employee schedules, go to Employee Schedule Settings. That's where you can set working hours, add breaks, and configure recurring schedules.

TIP

Check the schedule before creating appointments to make sure your employee is actually working that day. Nothing's more awkward than booking someone on their day off.
